Rates are based on a bed and breakfast basis, maximum two adults per room. Kids under three stay free. Children under twelve pay half price. Payment upfront to confirm reservation, 100% Cancellation fee and 100% No Show Fee.

Terms & Conditions

• Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
• The rates quoted are inclusive of 14% VAT and 1% Tourism Levy.
• We reserve the right to amend the quoted rates should the Government change the percentage of VAT or rates depending on availability.
• All reservations must be confirmed in writing with full details of guest booking agent and company details.
• Cancellations and bookings amendments must be done in writing.
• Reservations will not be accepted as bill backs unless a purchase order or company voucher accompanies the reservation. Full payment will be due within 7 days of check out.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure group bookings. Full prepayment is required prior to arrival. Group bookings
• contracts will be sent out and the prepayment policies will differ depending on the lead period of the booking.
• Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to 25% charge of the total accommodation.
• Cancellations made within 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to 50% charge of the total accommodation.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before or “no shows” will be subject to 100% charge of the total accommodation.
• All non-guaranteed bookings will be released at 18:00 the day before your arrival should no prior arrangements be made to secure your reservation.
• Children under 12 years share a room with parents. Max two children per room. Additional room for children will be charged at R1250.
• Camping cots available on request.
